MAP-Hand (Measure for activity performance of the hand)
Type instrument:           Spørreskjema som pasienten fyller ut selv.
Målgruppe: Personer med revmatoid artritt eller håndartrose som har eller står i fare for å få funksjonsproblemer på grunn av artritt i hendene.
ICF-nivå : Aktivitet.  
Anvendes av: Primært av ergoterapeuter og fysioterapeuter, men kan også brukes av andre profesjoner.  
Kort beskrivelse :

Skjemaet består av 18 standardiserte og 5 åpne spørsmål om utførelse av hverdagsaktiviteter som involverer bruk av hendene. Pasientene scorer egen aktivitetsutførelse på en skala fra 1 (uten problemer) til 4 (kan ikke utføre). Sumscore regnes separat for de standardiserte og de egendefinerte aktivitetene.

Sumscore for standardiserte spørsmål regnes som gjennomsnitt av de 18 standardiserte aktivitetsscorene. For å beregne sumscore må minimum 15 aktiviteter være scoret.

Sumscore av de egendefinerte aktivitetene beregnes som gjennomsnitt av scorene på de aktivitetene pasienten har beskrevet.
