EDAQ (Evaluation of Daily Activity Questionnaire)

Pasientene fyller selv ut EDAQ-skjema, hvor de vurderer sykdomsaktivitet, smerter, stivhet, tretthet, uro, søvnproblemer og livskvalitet (VAS-skala). Videre vurderes egen funksjon i 102 daglige aktiviteter, med og uten bruk av hjelpemidler og alternative arbeidsmetoder, på en fire-gradert skala. Dimensjonene som dekkes er: spise/drikke, toalettbesøk/personlig stell, på/avkledning, bad/dusj, matlaging, forflytning innendørs, rengjøring, vask og stell av klær, forflytning utendørs/innkjøp. Til slutt beskrives hvilke hjelpemidler som brukes, og hvor fornøyd pasienten er med disse.

Pasientene bruker mellom 45 og 120 minutter på utfylling. Kan brukes for å kartlegge aktivitetsproblemer, for å følge individuelle behandlings- og rehabiliteringsforløp, og for å evaluere effekt/nytte av tiltak både på individ- og gruppenivå.
